We guarantee that our products give you 100% satisfaction. You can return any purchase at any time if it proves otherwise.  We do not want you to have any product from PAPER PRESENTATION that is not 100% satisfactory.    

Terms & Conditions
* No minimum order.
* Back orders will be shipped free freight; UPS Ground within the Unites States.
* Claims must be made within 7 working days.
* We will accept return of any item within 30 days of purchase.
* All returns must have Return Merchant Authorization (RMA).
* All past due invoices are subject to a 1.5% finance charge per month.
* Prices and policies are subject to change without notice.
* UPS does not require a signature upon delivery.
* UPS will leave your package at the safest location at your address.
* Orders are processed and shipped on the next business day if placed by 3:00 pm EST.
